Listen to internet radio with SixFigureStart on Blog Talk Radio

In this episode of the SixFigureStart Career Coaching Radio Show, we answered questions on career change, marketing a start-up and more:

Ron asks: I’m 55+ and was laid off 5 months ago from a retail organization.  What would be the best way for me to break in to other industries (manufacturing, electronics, IT, software) if all my experience is in retail sales operations analysis?

Larry asks: What types of things do I say to a potential employer on the phone with or without a vacancy to get him or her interested in me?

Louis asks: My pressing issue is making a career change.  How do I tailor my experience from my current industry to another industry?

RJ asks: You mention how you only hired one person based on a letter, so what use is it? …

Michelle asks:  How do I develop clients for a start up business with no/little money?

Gary asks:  Basically most of the companies I have worked for have went bankrupt, so the interviewer has a concept that I have a black cloud hanging over my head.   How should I respond to this statement when they say this or see that I am unlucky ??

KG asks: I completed B.E Computer science in 2009 Because of some family problems…was not able to enter into IT field…Now i want to enter into software industry,  meanwhile working with some companies to support my family.
